Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of the products being sold, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review all product descriptions and photos carefully before completing your purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Fragrance samples, dabbers, and travel-size fragrances
• Personal care and beauty products
• Sale items and promotional items

For hygiene and safety reasons, these items cannot be returned once shipped.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shopvellev@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect and qualifies for review, we may issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

 

Refunds

Refunds are not issued for fragrance samples or personal care items. If a refund is approved due to a verified error on our part, it will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow your financial institution additional time to post the refund.

 

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed or shipped.
