Return Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of the products sold, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an order arrives damaged or incorrect. Please review all product descriptions, photos, and details carefully before completing your purchase.

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Fragrance samples, dabbers, and travel-size fragrances
• Beauty and personal care products
• Sale, discounted, or promotional items

For hygiene and safety reasons, these items cannot be returned once shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 📧 shopvellev@gmail.com

Please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the packaging and item(s) received
• A brief description of the issue

All claims are reviewed on a case by case basis. If approved, we may offer a replacement, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

Refunds

Refunds are not issued for fragrance, samples, beauty products, or personal care items. If a refund is approved due to a verified error on our part, it will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow additional processing time for your financial institution to post the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or modified once they have been processed or shipped.
