Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier performance. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Please note that carrier delays are outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. ElleVNicole Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact USPS first. If additional assistance is needed, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help.

Local Pickup (Dallas, Texas Area)

Local pickup is available for customers located in the DFW area.

• Local pickup must be selected at checkout.
• Orders must be picked up within 3 days of purchase.
• Pickup instructions will be provided after checkout.
• Orders not picked up within the required timeframe may be canceled at our discretion.
