Do products come with original boxes?

Some items may come with original retail boxes while others may not. Packaging may vary depending on the product and supplier.

Are products new and unused?

All products are brand new and unused unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Will sold out items restock?

Some products may restock, however many items are limited finds and may not return once sold out.

What if I order the wrong shade?

For complexion based products such as foundation and concealer, customers are responsible for selecting the correct shade. ElleVNicole Beauty is not responsible for shade mismatches.
